Our History
ILS Logistics Services was founded in 2007 by Josep Maria Martínez and Herbert Karl, with the aim of creating a company that is close, agile, and focused on providing real solutions to businesses’ logistics needs.
From day one, we have been committed to having our own infrastructure, which allows us to control every stage of the service: we have a fleet of trailers, a 20,000 m² logistics center in Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, and a second 5,000 m² warehouse in Gualba. These are strategic locations between Girona and Barcelona, just five minutes from the AP-7.
Over the years, we have grown steadily in national and international transport, with a strong presence in last-mile distribution in Catalonia, staying true to our essence: proximity, commitment, and reliability.

Disponemos de unas instalaciones centrales de 20.000 m2 de superficie ubicadas en Sant Feliu de Buixalleu (17451) en la provincia de Girona.
Este enclave resulta totalmente estratégico para la actividad de la empresa (sea logística o transporte) ya que se encuentra a 5 minutos de la AP-7 a 50 Km de Girona y 60 Km de Barcelona, muy próxima a la frontera francesa de la Jonquera.

Own Fleet
We have an own fleet composed of state-of-the-art trailers, equipped with GPS tracking and online monitoring systems, which allow our clients to know at all times the status and location of their goods.
Our vehicles comply with the highest environmental and safety standards and are subjected to regular technical and emissions inspections. Additionally, to ensure a consistently efficient and up-to-date service, we renew the entire fleet every 4 years.
Each of our vehicles includes:
- Multi-Lock on the exterior frame
- Euro 6 class engines
- Hydraulic lift roof
- Pallet stop edge
- Multi-Block loading bar
- XXL load safety certificate
- Securing systems with tension straps, edge protectors, anti-slip mats, etc.
